Valley Forge Highland Band – Our History in Photographs

Founded in 1947, the Valley Forge Highland Band has been part of the greater Philadelphia area's Scottish and bagpipe community for generations. Over the decades, countless pipers, drummers, families, and friends have helped build the traditions that continue with the band today.

We have organized our photo history by decade, giving visitors an opportunity to watch the band evolve through the years—from our earliest members and uniforms to parades, competitions, community events, practices, celebrations, and performances throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
